Most of our products fall under our 14 Day Return Policy. These products may be returned at the customer's expense postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. Products purchased using coupon discounts will not be refunded for coupon amount and will be deducted from return price. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited. All refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Ehrle's discretion only.

The following items are NEVER returnable:

  • Special Order Items
  • Premium Quality & Collector's Edition Costumes
  • Any item that states in product description return eligible no.
  • Party Kits of any kind (as these are special order item)
  • Props that require special delivery
  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered
  • Undergarments, socks and stockings
  • Shoes
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
  • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
  • Any Cosmetics/Make Up
  • Hats
  • Invitations
  • Garters
Can I Return A Costume I Purchased for Halloween?
Because we are seasonal business, no returns will be accepted between October 21 - November 4 (of each year). All returns must be received in our warehouse by October 21st. All orders placed or delivered on or after October 21 are final. Our regular return policy applies to orders returned before October 21st and placed after November 4th.

Please Note:
  • Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
  • Any item returned is subject to a minimum 15% handling/restocking charge. Please double-check that you have included all of the packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. This includes unauthorized refused packages.
How to Return an Item
You MUST contact us at or (866) 540-5266 for return approval. Any item returned without notification may not be refunded. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) for which you are requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Once your return has been received, allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

If you need a different size or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item may be out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s).

Costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
