Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Ehrle's Party & Carnival Supply, Inc. welcomes orders shipping to addresses in the U.S., Canada, possessions and territories of the United States. Ehrle's Party & Carnival Supply, Inc. does not ship online orders to international, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Q: Just what is a shopping cart?
A: The shopping cart system enables you to browse our online store much like you would any other store. The shopping cart allows you to add and subtract items from your shopping cart. It will also give you a subtotal of the cost of all the items in your cart, so you know how much you are spending. A: From any one of the pages in our online store, simply click the "View My Cart Cart" link at the top of each page to view the items in your shopping cart. You will be given the opportunity to modify or delete the items in your cart before proceeding to our final secure checkout area.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: The shipping and handling charge is calculated according to weight. The default option for shipping is UPS Value Ground. Additional options are UPS Preferred, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day. You will be allowed to select your shipping options during the checkout process. Select one and the amount will be automatically added to your order. FedEX variations are also available.

Q: Is my order subject to state sales tax?
A: Oklahoma residents are required to pay Oklahoma's 8.571 % sales tax. Residents of states other than Oklahoma will not be charged sales tax.
